-The Cooking Mama Stir Fry
- 1 Carrot
-1 onion
-Half zucchini,
-Half summer squash
-Chicken, steak, or tofu
-Frying pan and oil
-Chop all ingredients with the finesse of an actual knife (no more Wii-mote approximations here!) and throw them into the frying pan until satisfied with level of cooking. Serve on a bed of rice or ramen noodles. Prep Time: 10-15 minutes. Feel free to add other “creative” ingredients if so desired.

Easy Mac with a twist
-1 Portion Easy Mac Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
Prepare Easy Mac according to box instructions (use milk as opposed to water for creamier results). Chop and cook Pepper for duration of Easy Mac Preparation. Combine Pepper with Mac mixture. Stir and enjoy. Prep Time: 5 Minutes. This is a quick little twist on the usual Easy Mac dinner – quick and fun (and only involves minimal chopping).
