Heroes game description
Heroes is a new game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture for the upcoming Nintendo Wii video game system. The game is not a sequel to Suda's earlier game, Killer7 for the Nintendo GameCube, but an all new game running on a new engine. Suda says that while Killer7 focused on political issues, Heroes deals with social issues. The game will also reportedly target a wider audience than Killer7, and will as a result feature lower levels of violence and coarse language. Thewiire.com posted a premier trailer on July 21st. The trailer features the introduction of three new characters: Helter Skelter, Travis Touchdown and Sylvia Christel. The trailer features Helter and Travis, who initially wears a red cloak, doing battle. At its outcome, Travis remains, where he is told that he is the world's 11th best assasin. Sylvia prompts him to kill the first 10, and the trailer ends. The game, according to thewiire.com, currently has a tentative release date of summer 2007. Heroes depicts a very similar look to that of Killer7, in which all the characters and their environments are cel-shaded and feature a high amount of stylization.
