Final Fantasy creator Sakaguchi's first major work in over five years is selling Xbox 360s like hotcakes in Japan!
To celebrate the release of the game (and to sell a bucketload of consoles) Microsoft put together a new bundle for Japan, which predictably includes a core system, a Blue Dragon faceplate, five mini figurines, a calendar and a copy of the new Blue Dragon game.
Incredibly, if you lived in Japan you could get all of this for just 29,800 yen - approximately $259 in US dollars.
Considering how much the Japanese dislike the Xbox 360, it's not so surprising that Microsoft are being so incredibly aggresive with their pricing in the region.
For those that don't know, Blue Dragon fills up three DVD discs! Check out the photos above. A worldwide release date for Blue Dragon is still unknown, but Microsoft assures us it is coming!
Blue Dragon Demo Release Date Announced According to Japan's Famitsu magazine, an "International Demo" of the RPG will be released on the Xbox 360 on July 20th. 4 Jul, 2007
