The Japanese Box Art for the upcoming Wii title: Dragon Quest Swords has been uncovered ahead of its July release.

Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors is an upcoming spin-off title from the Dragon Quest series that will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Wii.

The game, which is scheduled to launch in Japan on July 12, will make specific use of the Wii-mote controls for innovative motion sensing gameplay mechanics, such as sword slashing.

It was originally hoped that Dragon Quest Swords would be a launch title for the Wii but when that was no longer an option the game was delayed, in fact Square Enix have yet to reveal worldwide release dates.
