Mark Rein casts doubt over Unreal Tournament 3's proposed November release date.
Epic Games Vice President Mark Rein has stated that the PlayStation 3 and PC debut of Unreal Tournament 3 may miss its intended release date this November.
The game has been touted as a console exclusive to Sony’s PS3 for the duration of 2007 since this years E3 convention, with the Xbox 360 version not due out until early 2008. However, speaking on Epic’s official forums this week, Rein hinted that game might be pushed back further than originally planned:
“We do not know exactly when the game will be completed", he said. "All we've said is that we're hoping for a November release but as you know we value getting it right over getting it right now so there's no guarantee of that”.
