Yoshi's Island, Super Thunder Blade and World Class Baseball join the US Virtual Console’s library of downloadable games.


As of 9 a.m. Pacific Time yesterday morning, three new titles have been made available for download via the Nintendo Wii’s shop channel for use with the Virtual Console system. They are as follows:

Yoshi's Story, a Nintendo 64 title in which the evil Baby Bowser has cast a spell has turned Yoshi’s Island into a picture book. For 1000 Wii Points players can take control of six Yoshis to help save the day.

Super Thunder Blade, this Sega Genesis title is the sequel to Thunder Blade; players take control of a new and improved attack helicopter to fight of guerilla armies. 800 Wii Points is the asking price.

World Class Baseball, this week’s final title features customisable team options, a watch mode for the lazy gamer and a versus mode for the social gamer. 600 Wii Points or nearest offer.
