Guitar Hero III’s “Unbeatable” Song – Beaten

A journalist at Activision’s recent GH III preview party has beaten a song that the developers deemed “unbeatable.”

The game isn’t even out yet and someone has already managed to beat Guitar Hero III’s unlockable and insanely difficult track, Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce.

For an idea of just how difficult the song is, simply listen to the words of the game’s developers who have openly admitted to having designed it to “be unbeatable, dammit!”

The Guitar Hero responsible for the feat is Nick Tan of Game Revolution. Reps from Activision were reportedly so impressed with his performance at a recent press event that they began to film his attempts.

Nick beat the song – in expert mode, no less – on his fourth go. You can read all about his accomplishment here, or watch it for yourself in the following video:
