The popular social network announces a partnership with Oberon Media to bring casual games to the masses.
MySpace today announced a partnership with Oberon Media to release a brand new gaming channel - entitled ‘MySpace Games’ - on the popular social network website.
“Bringing entertainment in the form of fun, social, casual games will enhance our user experience,” said Amit Kapur, VP of Business Development for MySpace.
“Our goal is to provide our members with an easy way to play with their friends and give them with additional ways to interact.”
The channel is set to launch in early 2008 and will bring with it a library of hundreds of “award winning online casual games to play with friends in the community.”
