With the development of downloadable add-ons for consoles comes...Electronic Arts. The world's largest videogame publisher has become notorious for its killer embrace of downloadable content and the profits that come with charging for things like cheat codes in Tiger Woods.
Not so, however, with the company's recent Tony Hawk challenger, Skate. There will be absolutely zero DLC for the title, if EA Black Box Executive Producer Scott Blackwood is to be believed.
Blackwood told EGM in a recent interview that "...we didn't want to go back and ask for more money to get more shoes and shirts." He also hinted at an impending sequel to Skate (big surprise), saying that the game's lack of female skaters would be addressed in a follow-up.
